Brands on ContentGrow are looking for Asia-based freelance public relations (PR) professionals with relevant experience in executing end-to-end PR campaigns in the tech sector.
Selected candidates will carry out full PR campaigns, which may include consultation, press release writing, distribution, monitoring, and reporting. Candidates need to possess a deep understanding of the tech media landscape in a given Asian market (Singapore, China, Hong Kong, etc). In the context of consultation, they should also be able to advise clients directly on specific PR angles that are likely to land media coverage.
Candidates should be able to distribute PR to their pre-existing media contacts and generate a consistent number of pickups per campaign. A key part of the job involves tallying each campaign's overall result in easily digestible reports for clients.
Candidates should be able to execute a full campaign within two weeks. Practitioners who can show an excellent PR portfolio (with verifiable results) will be prioritized.
Experience working in any of the following PR agencies is highly desired:
- Edelman
- The Hoffman Agency
- Cohn & Wolfe XPR
- Ogilvy
Rates are competitive and are fixed on a per campaign basis.
